Good location with onsite parking. Close to everything (5 to 10 mins walk). Unit is sufficiently roomy for party of 6. My kids said the sofa bed is uncomfortable but overall, we had a very good stay.

We liked that it was extremely modern and clean. It is also close to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants. Having its own parking was also a plus as we were there during the Pismo Car show, where there is never any parking. We ran into the cleaning crew a couple of times and they were extremely nice as well. Melinda was very quick in responding to any questions we may have had. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy and convenient access to local shops, beach and pier. Everything within walking distance. Accommodations were extremely clean and welcoming, almost felt like home. Plenty of toiletries and linens were provided. Outside common area very spacious. There is designated parking area. Communication was very good and with quick response. You will not be disappointed in selecting these accommodations…..

Excellent and responsive communication from the host. Perfect place to stay while visiting Cal Poly — close proximity to the school and giving us easy access to Pismo Beach. The walk to the beach is easy and less than 5 minutes, just down the street a few blocks. Lots of eating options close by. Comfortable beds, nice towels, and we appreciated the beach chairs. We would definitely book here again.
