Seagull is a cozy, clean, bright cottage located just behind our Sand Dollar House and steps to the beach. You can enjoy the amazing views of the beach from the upper deck of this property. Go to sleep to the lulling sounds of ocean waves. Have your morning coffee on the Captain's deck, with its fabulous ocean view. Stroll out your front door, just steps to the sea. BBQ on gas grills, either on your beach patio or upper deck.

Enjoy boogie boarding, surfing, paddle boarding, wind kiting. Build a fire on the beach.

Two queen beds, one hide-a-bed. Bath and a half. Tv's in every room. Small kitchen has full size stove and refrigerator.

Laundry, high speed internet.

Air conditioning is not needed on the beachfront

Quirky little place with ocean view from upper deck. There was a windstorm before we arrived, so lower patio was covered with sand, but the upper deck was very useable, and preferable anyway because of ocean and sunset views. We were there off-season, so limited restaurants during the werk, but there is a grocery store within walking distance. Nell was a wonderful hostess, very nice, very responsive. Kitchen is pretty well stocked. Would stay there again.

We had a good stay here! The access to the sand right out of the side door is nice, but this property is behind the other property that is actually facing the full sand/beach. Our older kiddos did great here, but if you have a toddler, just know some interior doors are rough to slide and there are a lot of doors to the outside and there are stairs off the kitchen. Great to have parking and it's a beautiful view up top. It's right next to the vehicle access for the beach, so this section of beach is not great for kids playing because it's basically a road (in our limited time there, at least). Great access if that's what you're looking for! Very kind and responsive hosts.

We had a good time at this location. It was pretty windy so we did not get a fire started in the fire pit but enjoyed the ocean, walking on the beach and the sunsets were awesome. It would be helpful to have some coffee filters available. Thank you.

We had the best time in the 2 and 2 with the balcony to people watch. The house is perfectly located next the Sand hwy. The house had everything we needed! Next time we will probably stay for 2 weeks!!Thank you to the owners for a great time!

We enjoyed our stay in the Seagull. The house was clean. The access to the beach and our own fire pit was amazing. Short walk to near by stores and restaurant. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely time. The house is very unique and has lots of character. Hard to grasp the layout of the house from the pictures, but it made sense once we got there. Great beach access, good amenities. The beds were very comfortable. The pups had a blast with walks on the beach. Good food and activities all very close by. Host is very responsive/helpful. Will stay there again!

Terrific time except that the 3rd bedroom description was not exactly accurate.. the 3rd bedroom was like a closet, with no place to put a suitcase. The place also wasn't that clean at the beginning..

Its a cool little place, very small. Does not face the beach but the balcony does. Its behind the main beach house which is actually facing the beach, fire pit was nice! I would suggest upating the hot tub or not advertise it as we would not touch it, it was very dated and the filter was not working properly making the water appear very dirty. Overall was a good experience though. A little outdated.

Host Nell was friendly and quick to respond. Self check was super easy. Tiny kitchen and limited storage for luggage but location was fantastic. We enjoyed the fire pit on the beach everynight! Loved our stay!!!

We loved staying at the Seagull house. Wonderful experience with the sandy beach that is just 1 step away. It’s an older vacation home, so you wanna take a note of that. It looks like it hasn’t been updated for a long time, and it wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve ever been but all in all, the wonderful view, the location, the firepit and the ocean made up for everything!

Amazing view and location. Home in a great safe location. The shower needed some cleaning, but the rest of the house and bathrooms were clean. We really enjoyed the second floor deck view, fire place and access to the beach. We were a family of four. My wife and my two teens. They all enjoyed themselves. We will be coming back. The place is a little old, needs updating, but the location was awesome for us, you can see all the dune-buggy and big trucks as they make their way across, and get stuck on, the beach. The bummer was there was a rat that ate into our banana we left on the counter overnight, left rat droppings. We made sure we didn't leave any food out anymore. And upon investigating, one of the hallway closet interior walls has a Tom and Jerry style opening, riddled with droppings, where we actually saw the rat poke his head out. We covered the hole as best as we can overnight, as we had one more night before our check-out. We messaged the owner, and a few days later she responded and said that they caught it with a mouse-trap. I'd suggest permanently covering any interior house access as best as possible!

It was really comfortable, easy access, and convenient location. All the amenities worked, and host was available if needed. Will definitely be trying to book this location again! 10/10 recommend!
