This place is in an overall quiet neighborhood that we felt very safe staying at. The floorplan served our needs perfectly for two adult couples.

Nice, comfortable stay. Perfect for a family beach vacation. Central Market/ Dune Side Deli (great food at both!) and other Mexican restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to beach. House had everything one needs for a great stay.

This place is a gem! Spacious and comfortable and outfitted for anything you could need! My three little boys loved the ping pong table in the garage and we appreciated the labels in the kitchen so we could find everything we needed. Location is great! Close to Avila Beach, Oceano Dunes, Pismo Beach - would definitely recommend!

House was cute, host was nice. Beware of the dishes in the kitchen. Every pot or pan we choose to use was full of visible food. I had to re-wash everything before using. Other than that great stay. House has plenty of room for a lot of family.

We were there for CalPoly SLO graduation and not too far from the university. The check in very seamless. Communication with Claudia was easy. Very clean and specious for a family. We will definitely book again. Thank you Claudia!

Great plenty of room the ping pong table was right on for everybody they had a lot of fun .Close to the beach nice bbq . Thank you very much my family had a great time together. It was a great vacation.

Family wedding

Very spacious. Bedrooms very comfortable. Linens were really nice. Living room/dining/kitchen so bright because it’s on the second story. Very nice place to stay .

Epic weekend

From the moment we checked in everything was seamless. The house was great and in close proximity to all things fun. The ping pong table was a hit and we were in great communication with the host who was very responsive. We can't wait to come back!

We appreciated the large living room and kitchen area as there is enough room for the eight of us to be in the same space together.The carpet leading up the stairs is a bit stained, but otherwise the home was clean and enjoyable.

Awesome time

My second time staying here. We had a great time here. Its comfortable and clean. The hostess is great in communication. Very quite area , relaxing and everything you need in the home, we havw no compaints. Will definitely be back
