This property was better than we could have imagined! A group of 10 of us stayed here over the weekend and it had everything we wanted. The views were spectacular, amenities were perfect. Better than a resort! JB was super helpful all weekend and made check in/check out a breeze. Such a nice guy. We highly recommend staying at any of the PR rental properties, but especially this one! Will definitely be back.

Spring Break 2025

This was the perfect place for three families with four teens to stay for the week. We were close to El Yunque and the bio bay. We had unmatched views of the ocean, a great pool, and restaurants and the beach were close by.

Amazing!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. My husband and I were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. We had 11 people in our group. We had enough room to enjoy each other and still have privacy away from the group. The views are breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting on the patio taking in all the beautiful views while listening to music. The check-in process was the best! JB explained everything we needed to know about the property and gave us tips on restaurants and activities on the island. The house had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Thank you for sharing such as amazing property with us for our special occasion I would definitely recommend this house for your next vacation.

Friends Vaca!!!

The property was fantastic for our group of 12 with ample amount of space, spacious bedrooms and each one has a full size bathroom. Great for privacy as well as gathering. We also hired one of the recommended chefs Nivia and she was fantastic!!! Couldn’t have found a better property and the host, JB did a great job communicating and handling issues as they arose.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Everything was as you would want for a vacation. Great host, great house, great views, great location. The host (JB) met us when we arrived to make sure that we got in and had a great overview of the property and how to operate any appliances, tv's etc. Very friendly and helpful, and not just on arrival. Checked in regularly to see if everything was going well and to ask if we had any questions throughout the trip. Went over and above when we had a flat tire on our rental car. He noticed it on his own while at the property next door, brough over a tire pump, then went with me to the tire shop to get if plugged. The views from the site are spectacular, the rooms were all very spacious an comfortable, the pool was clean and large enough for our group of ten. Appliances were top notch for cooking, ice, laundry, etc. Nothing but great things to say, and highly recommend this property.

Happy Villa is truly that

From the moment we booked to the day we said our goodbye the experience was nothing less than phenomenal. Sue was amazing, JB was amazing. The views, the amenities, the pools, absolutely everything was wonderful.

Family Spring Break Getaway

This property was a perfect size for a large family with plenty of common space as well as separate quarters for all. The home is very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay and the property manager JB, was great to work with. The location was ideal for the things we had interest in doing.

50th birthday and New Year's celebrations

The hot water in 3 bathrooms and the outdoor shower was not working. The house manager told us that he had just used the showers last week and proceeded to explain how to use a faucet. He came to look at it and insisted it was working properly, which it clearly was not based on all of the cold showers we had to take. After several days of me and my family reaching out to him, he acknowledged that the hot water heater was broken. It was fixed on Saturday, 5 days after we arrived. This left our group sharing 2 showers among 14 people. The pool was cold for the first 5 days as well which I assumed was related to the issue with the cold water in the bathrooms, which was being ignored. The house manager said he enjoys using the pool at that temperature when he cleans it each week. He increased the temperature on day 5 of our trip but the pool was not usable before that.The pool was a huge part of the appeal of this property and we could not enjoy it. Finally, we saw over a dozen live cockroaches in the house. One very large one crawled over someone's foot. Better preventative maintenance on bugs could avoid this. When I emailed Sue from iTrip about these issues, rather than acknowledge that the house manager was dismissive, and try to make things right, she told me there will always be bugs in the house, the pool was meant to be 'refreshing' and to write a review. Beware, you will not get what you pay for with this house (with a hefty pricetag) or the people who manage it.

AWESOME!!!

Pictures does no justice. This property was so beautiful, relaxing, refreshing and upscale! The host was extremely welcoming and professional. Me and my guests had an amazing time and will rebook in the future. I had the time of my life!!!
