This was our 2nd time staying at this condo complex, with host Melvin, and local contact Kris.This year we stayed in Apt 6, on the 2nd floor. Studio had everything you needed including beach chairs and towels, cooler, coffee maker, microwave to name a few. Condo was clean, comfortable and peaceful. The pool area is great as well. We look forward to staying next year again. I can highly recommend this rental.

At arrival I've message and called the owner/partner as I was having trouble locating the key, to this day I have not received a call back. The pool was dirty. Only 1 toilet paper roll. Only 2 towels for 6 days. The light outside the front door is too bright at night since the door is some sort of acrylic it is transparent, horrible idea, we had to figure out a way to block the light of we couldn't sleep. Same with the light bulb on the "patio". The bathroom sink only has hot water, not a difficult or expensive fix for the owners, it just takes willingness to have a place in good condition. And more important, the sheet and blanket were stain with period blood, quite disgusting.

Convenient location, easy check in

Overall good little place. Great Bodeguita across the street and close to grocery, highway, beaches etc. A/C works great. Wish it had hot water shower, but turned sink on hot and it helped the shower temp! Enjoyed our stay.

Awesome trip

The location & the place loved, loved it . Next to the beaches easy access in & out from the location .Highly recommend it small but cute if u go as a couple want to thank Melvin host was awesome and help me out quickly with concerns that I had 10 star

Good for a weekend stay

Overall, OK. Perfect for a short stay. It is a efficiency apt. The Kitchen and bathroom spaces are small. Lost power due to a tropical storm affecting the electrical grid. This apt is not equipped for power loss.

Cute little studio

Overall nice studio. One thing I didn't like is that it has a double door on the side with no lock we were forced to lock ourselves the front door gate with the padlock at night. But overall we had a great stay.

Fun in Luquillo

Convenient location to many adventures; bioluminescent bay, el younque, snorkeling and kioscos., well maintained grounds. Beautiful pool.

It was great. Melvin is a great host

Everything is great. Parking is a little rough. I would recommend to park behind the first part of the Parking. Locals park on the no parking sign and may block you from exiting the parking lot. Other than that. Everything else is great. I would stay there again.

The size of the apartment was good. The bedsheets looked and felt dirty! The frig was dirty around the outside. The shower curtain looked used, the bathroom sink only had hot water,they closed the cold ? You locked the front door if there's a fire can't get out quick no light outside. The bed's support under mattress kept coming out. One of the chairs leg was loose we tightened but it kept wobleling..coffee makers were dirty one was burned inside. You can't seat outside the ac compressor too noisy chairs outside were dirty.the floor inside felt sandy.. I don't think they clean the apartment The stairs outside are broken tiles . The only good I found people are nice and accessible to shops and food. But I can't recommend the apartment to me the bed and those sheets were horrible. Could not put clothes in closet the mop and other cleaning stuff we're there and it smelled under the sink it smelled. Needs improvement easy to rent but for a remodel apartment it lacks cleaning, confort, I bought sheets and put them on top of the bed so we sleep the pillows were horrible. Used my own towels !!! Nice people in the area your car is safe gated. But the amenities need improvement. Hated the sink hot water you have to brush your teeth in the kitchen sink or shower ???
