The staff were friendly and helpful, but they weren't always present or available. The room was clean, but it was in serious need of updating. The fixtures were old and loose, the bedding was thin and cheap, and the flooring was worn. The light from the hallways blares into the room, and it's impossible to get it dark. Plus, the city sounds come right through the thin walls.
The location is great - nice and close to all the attractions at the Pier. But I thought the pricepoint was high for the state of the hotel. No more than 2 stars.
Would not stay here again.
