"We were put in the basement room and It smelled like sewer, it was cold and humid. The staff weren’t so bad. Only accessible (virtually) but available to an extent. I would never have booked it knowing that the room was in the basement. It’s a non-starter. Unfortunately, they only offered an inconvenience of a choice- sleep 2 nights in one room and another 2 nights in a completely different room.
