"Upon check-in it was about 9:00 p.m. the room they sent us to already had people in it. So back downstairs we went only to find no one at the desk. We waited and finally got a room. Not the cleanest room, but we were tired as it was 930 by this time. In the morning while taking our things to the car, we noticed the side doors were not closed, so anyone could walk in. For the price for one night, it sure was disappointing"

"1 of the tvs didn’t work both remotes didn’t work moldy food under beds mold or something by sink broken switch broken plugs on table outlet disgustingly stained chair and bench. Wish I would’ve asked for my money back and just left honestly. Staff was great but room made me want to never come back. Honestly probably won’t."

"We had a wonderful stay this ek at the vine. Tim’s breakfasts were always good hearty and fresh, and they had firewood cut and ready clean pool, grounds and rooms cleaned every morning. If you’re planning a stay in Dundee or close proximity I highly recommend them!"

"Where to start. Check-in was so easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and comfortable. There were drawers to unpack, unlike the highly rated Lincoln hotel in Chicago, where all of the suitcases took up floor space! Unfortunately a very severe storm came through and we lost power, in fact no power within 15-20 miles. The staff was exceptional! They would refund that night and any others if you had booked them. They helped those that chose to move down towards Toledo...

"Did NOT clean my room left it trash had to empty my own Trash and get fresh linen and towels and wash clothes along with getting new trash bags very dissatisfied"

"You get what you pay for. If you choose a smoking room expect the blankets and sheets to smell and look like people have been smoking in there. Other than that it was a secure room with cable TV. My only issue was, Stayed 2 nights there was a frig/freezer but no microwave."

First, only paid parking was available and the hotel alerted us to this fact right after we were locked in with no chance for cancellation. Not surprising since the hotel is downtown, but it would have been helpful had the information been more accessible before booking. Second, breakfast was not included and seemed expensive for what you got. That was on us since we did not read...
