"The best way I could describe this experience without being too transparent is make this your very last option. The location of this hotel is not only dangerous but it is not appealing to the eye at all. I had no idea that it was in the middle of a number of dispensaries. "1 of the tvs didn’t work both remotes didn’t work moldy food under beds mold or something by sink broken switch broken plugs on table outlet disgustingly stained chair and bench. Wish I would’ve asked for my money back and just left honestly. Staff was great but room made me want to never come back. Honestly probably won’t."

"The AC didn’t circulate around the room. The fire alarm was beeping. There was a storm, the power went out and we couldn’t stay overnight. We had to leave the same night."

"We had a wonderful stay this ek at the vine. Tim’s breakfasts were always good hearty and fresh, and they had firewood cut and ready clean pool, grounds and rooms cleaned every morning. If you’re planning a stay in Dundee or close proximity I highly recommend them!"

"You get what you pay for. If you choose a smoking room expect the blankets and sheets to smell and look like people have been smoking in there. Other than that it was a secure room with cable TV. My only issue was, Stayed 2 nights there was a frig/freezer but no microwave."

"Where to start. Check-in was so easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and comfortable. There were drawers to unpack, unlike the highly rated Lincoln hotel in Chicago, where all of the suitcases took up floor space! Unfortunately a very severe storm came through and we lost power, in fact no power within 15-20 miles. The staff was exceptional! They would refund that night and any others if you had booked them. They helped those that chose to move down towards Toledo...

"We liked everything about this hotel but two things surprised us and made the stay more expensive than anticipated. First, only paid parking was available and the hotel alerted us to this fact right after we were locked in with no chance for cancellation. Not surprising since the hotel is downtown, but it would have been helpful had the information been more accessible before booking. Second, breakfast was not included and seemed expensive for what you got. That was on us since we did not read...
