  • OCEANFRONT Waves - Thalassa Ave (Anteriormente Elusion). Para un retiro en la playa que es espacioso, cómodo y lleno de vistas al océano de ensueño, LAUGHING GULL LANDING es para ti. Dese un chapuzón en la lujosa piscina de agua salada frente al mar o relájese en el área de la piscina grande con muebles de alta calidad. El burbujeante jacuzzi para 6 personas calma los músculos después de un día en las olas. Una ducha al aire libre cerrada y un área de cambio le permiten limpiar al aire libre, y luego relajarse en una de las cuatro habitaciones con encanto en el primer nivel. Hay una habitación con 2 camas individuales y otra con 2 juegos de literas, ambos con fácil acceso al baño completo. Dos dormitorios de matrimonio, uno con una bañera privada, comparten un baño completo. Salga a disfrutar de la brisa marina en la cubierta del primer nivel, o sueñe dulces sueños en el dormitorio principal de la reina del segundo nivel con vista al mar. La gran sala de nivel superior está segura de cumplir sus fantasías de vacaciones con un comedor frente al mar que fluye fácilmente hacia la sala de estar, un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 "/ BluRay y equipo de música, y muchos muebles cómodos para instalarse y ver un amanecer en el Atlántico. Hay un medio baño conveniente y una amplia cocina con barra de desayuno cerca. Y para un verdadero placer de vacaciones, puede salir de los controles deslizantes y disfrutar de interminables vistas del océano desde las amplias cubiertas de sol. Para los amantes de los océanos con una casa de vacaciones fácil de llevar en mente, LAUGHING GULL LANDING puede convertir sus sueños de vacaciones en realidad.     Nuevo para 2019: Nueva piscina privada de agua salada con área de piscina grande. Nueva decoración. Traslado de la bañera de hidromasaje de la cubierta a la zona de la piscina. Ahora ofrecemos ropa de cama (con camas hechas) todo el año y toallas del 25 de mayo al 6 de septiembre de 2019.

Great house beach is a bit of a hike up and over sand dune.

House is great! Perfect for our family. The only negative is the beach is a bit of a hike up and over a sand dune. Excellent experience, quiet town and relaxing place to kick your feet up.

The location and setup of the house was great! However we had issues with the front door not staying shut and when we talked to Maintenance he said they already knew and would send someone and never did. The next morning when the maintenance guy came he was not authorized to fix the water heater or the air conditioning. The air conditioning on the bottom level of the house shut off every night therefore everyone that that slept downstairs was hot and miserable and did not sleep well the entire stay which made enjoyment hard. We brought this up to maintenance, it was never fixed. When I called the second time, they said they would have maintenance call me, and they never reached out. We also found over 100 rusty nails in the landscaping of the pool and pool deck, which could’ve been dangerous. Our first night there the hot water heater didn’t work and when we talked to maintenance on the phone, my husband had to reset it himself. This happened twice on our one week stay. There were no kitchen towels or dish rags or any kind of soap in the entire house. We would’ve been happier if the communication would’ve been better and we felt like they were trying to take care of us, but we felt like we were out on our own to take care of whatever. Overall communication is very poor. The location is beautiful and the ping pong table and bar area down by the pool is really nice. They just need to amp up their communication and take care of the problems they have.

Wonderful

This was a perfect fit for our extended family of 10. Comfortable bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, plenty of space for all in the living room and dining room, two fabulous decks overlooking the dunes and the ocean, the pool was so great. The walk to the beach was hot (LOL) but the beach itself was wonderful. Everyone had fun playing in the waves--big enough for enjoyment but not so big that they were dangerous although they kicked up the last two days due to Henri passing offshore. Convenient location to the whole of the Outer Banks. We loved our week here!!! Highly recommend.

Great getaway!

Awesome property!! Loved the decorations inside and how close we were to the beach. My only complaint is for 3-4 days we had people show up unannounced. We did find out that some one was supposed to come to tend to the pool but we had one day where some one just came into the house to change the air filter. Everyone in our party was at the beach except for one person. We weren’t given any kind of notification which I found super strange. Other than the unexpected visitors, it was an amazing trip. We will definitely be back :)

Great trip

The house was very spacious, decks were beautiful and the pool area was incredible. Access to the beach was easy and it was practically private! We had a great time!

Our stay at the beach house

We needed more cabinet space to put the food we brought with us. There was not enough counter space and the kitchen could have been stocked better. Not enough teaspoons. I was a professional cook so I no what should be in a kitchen. There were things that we needed that we did not have The rest of the house was very nice Close to the beach.it.

Beautiful Vacation Home

We absolutely loved this place!! Location was perfect, the pool and hot tub were amazing, the grill was excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer (thanks Dorian). To the owners, thank you sincerely for sharing your property with us. Hope to return one day!!

We love the Outer Banks

This was a great property. We enjoyed the whole experience. The trip over the dunes to get to the beach was fine for our group. We loved the sun sand, and surf. We loved the pool. The house was just right for our group.
