"We arrived much later at night than expected and I was worried about the lack of 24 hour desk but we did get the lock box figured out (once you get the key, it's the entrance right next to the lock box, only a few staeps away) and finally got to our room. "Excellent hotel. Meals were very good. If you’re used to having a face cloth, bring your own. Apparently it’s the custom in almost all German hotels where we stayed, not to provide them. The location is automobile dependent, unless you’re up for a two mile walk. While at the hotel, service was excellent."
