"L'hôtel est superbe ! Le hall d'entrée est magnifique. Des petites choses sont mises à votre disposition gratuitement (shampoing, masque, brosse à dents..) ainsi que des boissons.
Le onsen dans L'hôtel est un vrai plus tres agreable ! Les chambres sont tres sympathiques. Une bouteille d'eau est donnée chaque jour. Le personnel tres sympa ! Nous avons demande à faire envoyer nos valises, super !
Tres bien localisé, facile d'accès pour se balader dans le quartier Gion

"The Ace Hotel is in a great location, on a quieter street yet with many restaurants and shops and museums walking distance away, including the busy Nishiki Market.
Our room was clean and spacious.
The staff were very polite, helpful, attentive and welcoming!!
There is a Stumptown Cafe on the ground floor
which we used every morning for coffee and pastry. (There was coffee in he room as well)
We did not try the restaurants in the hotel, since they were not typically Japanese and we dined in...

"The only thing i didn’t really like was the breakfast buffet. The variety of food was not as expected and a lot of the food was cold and looked like it was there a while. But there were enough choices of restaurants near by and food court at the mall next to the hotel. The location of the hotel was best. "
