"Safety Harbor is a wonderful spa with all the amenities you would want. However, as a person with mobility problems there are a few issues. There is too much walking with long hallways with ramps that lead to various areas of the building and are difficult to navigate. If you're not lucky enough to get a handicapped designated parking spot the walk into the building is also long. The hot tub water was very hot, a little too hot for me. "The room was very clean and conveniently located. The TV remote didn’t work but we didn’t need the TV. The outlet under the window didn’t work but we improvised. It would have been nice to have at least 2 chairs in the room so one person didn’t have to sit on the bed. The communication was prompt between myself and management. We will definitely stay again."
