Both the dining room and the breakfast room look out over the entire city and it's truly spectacular. "I had such a great experience! Amazing location for the higher viewpoints, while only being 5 minutes from the main plaza. I had a very warm welcome and they were super friendly. It was mostly quiet and the beds were the comfiest I’ve had in Peru so far. Breakfast was nice light but filling items so you don’t feel sick in the morning at this altitude. They even let me stay and use the kitchen and lounging area and bathrooms for a few hours while I waited for my flight ! They’ll hold your bags...

"Your hotel was our best experience in our 3 weeks in Peru. The beds are cozy and breakfast superb with chia for yogurt, a chef who made eggs to order and extras galore for toast, sausages and even almond milk. The concierge coordinated a taxi for us from Cusco to Palcoyo mountain (to hike for 2 hours) and then to our next hotel in Ollantaytambo. "Excellent stay! We enjoyed 7 nights at this hotel. The superieur room was big & well equiped with an amazing balcony & view on Cusco. Staff very friendly & always ready to help, they can even pack you a lunch box if you request one for an early tour you got. Breakfast on site is not extensive but got the essential & fresh! It is located 4 min walk from the main square : Plaza De Armes and everything is close by, just gotta get your steps & adapt to high altitude. Highly recommend !!"

"Very noisy hotel. If you try and sleep there are people (incl staff) making a lot of noise and it echoes throughput the hotel. Also it isn't in a convenient location, wouldn't stay again unless they worked on soundproofing."
