"More expensive than other places we stayed in. No guest welcome kits/supply. We came in and the room was super hot. The A/C was not turned on. It took a while before we got comfortable. Poor communication. And again, more expensive!"

"We are there for a short visit of Pinas and attend wedding with my family members. Was not able to explore the whole area. We just sleep, bathe and stayed for a while mostly we go out. Nearby SM Bicutan is good for shopping and eatery. But the traffic is terrible "

"The room unit or room was owned by an individual but very well maintained. There was dishwasher, kitchen utensils, a portable cookstove, and cutleries. There was free soap, toothbrush and toothpaste to use. There was no free slippers though. The AC is a small window type and not the split type that is much more compatible with the room size. The bed was big and there was even a pull out bed matress under the bed, so the stated can sleep 4 was really true, can even sleep 5. The TV was big and...

"Wohl eher etwas für Philippiner, Typische kleine Wohnung zum mieten für 2-3 Tage mit Familie usw. Für mich etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, Gäste sind keine erlaubt, und die Einrichtung naja sagen wir einmal etwas abgenutzt, aber soweit io. "

"プールがメンテナンス中でした。子供たちと楽しみにしていたのに残念です。このコンドミニアムに決めたのは、ズバリプールです。でなければハノイに行く予定でした。プールがないホテルなど、我が家にとって何の価値もありません。小さなプールがあったので、仕方なく水着に着替えて行ったら、居住者用だと断られました。詐欺に近いです。また、深夜便で着いたのですが、部屋に入れてもらえず、予約のページを英語で提示しても、全く対応してもらえませんでした。エクスペディアに電話をしたのですが、対応が遅かったです。深夜２時から５時すぎまで外のベンチに座らされたまま、暑くて気がおかしくなりなした。妻と2人の子供の悲しそうな顔。思い出すだけで胸が苦しくなります。トラウマになりそうです。以上２点。５５年の人生で最低最悪の旅になりました。時間とお金を返して欲しいです。ハノイに行けばよかった。悔しくて情けないです。"

"Total squalor that is unworthy to be advertised to foreigners visiting Manila. Roaches, spiders, blood stains, you name it. And the added bonus of this stench that loomed plus all of the sketchy personalities roaming around you."

"I was surprised when the person in charged asked me for Security deposit of P2000 per night per room cash! We stayed for 4 nights for 2 rooms total of P16,000 cash. As we both agreed to give it back to Me upon checkout without room damages. We left the 2 rooms in good conditions as per Admin. However, we waited until 8pm to send thru gcash but my P16k Sec Dep still on hold until Jan 26, 2025 as per admin due to I booked thru Expedia. Only if I know they will do this, I wouldn’t stay in 2...
