Some of the key spots are just around the corner from the hotel. Given the crowds during the day, it was easy to see them early in the morning or after dinner when the crowds were much smaller. "The location is perfect for walking and bus access anywhere oin Kyoto. The street is quiet, beautifully paved, with a canal and trees on one side, and the beautiful river walks on the other. It was the prettiest neighborhood we saw in Kyoto and we traveled all over! Kitchen is well equipped and staff highly responsive to whatever is needed, The rooms are large and quiet, the beds amazing, and super helpful desk staff 12 hrs per day.
