"The hotel is fresh and clean. Very nice facility. Staff anre wonderful. Only comment is there should be free water in the rooms, at least for Marriott members. For the rates charged, water should be included. Water pressure is a bit low."

"Really lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and located very close to many of the major Chicago attractions. We immediately felt welcomed by Megan who was so bright and friendly as soon as we stepped through the door. She was able to help us with an early check in which we very much appreciated after an early morning flight. I definitely recommend staying here!"

"everything about this hotel was amazing. the only thing is the bathrooms is there’s no door (it’s like a half glass panel) so water kind of goes everywhere, but that doesn’t have any comparison with how awesome this place is. would 11/10 recommend to come here"

"Awesome amenities but the hot tub was kind of gross. The beds/pillows were uncomfortable and the room never completely cooled off especially at night. I told front desk and they sent maintenance to change the air filter but it didn’t help. Don’t touch anything on the mini bar or you’ll be charged because there’s a sensor underneath the items! Nice staff and great location."

"The hotel is really nice and in a great location. Everything was clean. The house keeping staff put our dishes in the dishwasher when they clea which was very helpful. My only critique is that the kitchen that we had in our room could have been better stocked. Mainly we only had a frying pan to cook with. We made pasta one night and could have used a pot and a strainer to drain the water. We also could have used more of the dishwasher power to run the dishwasher more than once. It worked mostly...
