Amazing Place, big, bold, beautiful with easy level access and paved parking

This five-bedroom, three-bath home offers very easy access, whether in summer or winter, with ample parking for all family and friends. Situated on a nice, level lot and designed to be disability-friendly, both features are hard to find in the mountains of Ruidoso, New Mexico. The beautifully decorated 3100 sq ft home boasts a spacious living area, dining area, and an open, airy kitchen.

Enjoy some spirited competition in the game room, which includes a pool table and darts, as well as a wet bar with a fridge and microwave. The spacious 1200 square ft deck, complete with a hot tub, offers spectacular views of the one and only Sierra Blanca ski mountain. This home is equipped with wireless internet, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a garage – all the amenities needed to create unforgettable memories during your getaway.

"Amazing Place" is true to its name. Amazing.

Ruidoso is an alpine mountain community. Expect twisty roads with steep grades. The weather is unpredictable and can change quickly. Elevations can vary between 6000’ to almost 12,000’. Most homes are multi-level with stairs on inclined lots. Expect wildlife that may hinder traffic flow. Do not be surprised if the power goes out or if you lose internet or cell phone connection. This is the mountains, and it happens. We encourage guests to be prepared with access to chains or 4-wheel drive in winter months for all our properties. This is not the big city. Life is easier, slower-paced, and more wonderful. This is why we come, and why we stay. Relax and enjoy your time in paradise.

Great place for the whole family

We were in Ruidoso for a baseball tournament. My mom, in laws and my family all stayed here. There was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the views, the hot tub was great & the game room down stairs kept the kids entertained. The cabin was clean and well kept. It was also in a great location! Hope to be back!

We really enjoyed staying at this location. My only complaint is the freezer/refrigerator didn't work and cost us a lot of money on wasted food. If they get that fixed we will absolutely be staying there again next year!

Simple stay

The location was perfect. Nice quiet atmosphere. The amount of elk and deer eating in the yard daily was amazing. Our only issue was the lack of clean up supplies. We ended up going and buying windex, paper towels, and toilet paper. Thankfully, I brought dishwasher tablets. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is not enough for 9 people for 3 days, or one roll of paper towels. If you want people to keep the property up, please provide minimal cleaning products.

Truly an amazing place!

This is a beautiful place to enjoy Ruiodoso! My family was very comfortable and had a great time here! We almost didn’t want to leave to explore the town because the property was so comfortable and filled with things to keep us entertained. Not far from anything in town. Hot tub was great… played pool all night! Beds are big and plenty of extra covers and towels! The kitchen was fully equipped! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Rhonda and team for your hospitality!

Nice property but not clean

The property was nice, and we enjoyed the pool table, but the dishes were filthy. We had to hand wash greasy dishes before we could use them. They wanted us to run the dishwasher when we left, but didn't have any detergent. There were 3 partial rolls of toilet paper for 9 people and no paper towels. However there was plenty of extra towels, wash cloths, and blankets. The bedrooms and bathrooms seem to be clean. The back door was unlocked when we arrived. It's been 1.5 weeks and we haven't received out deposit back yet.

Items that weren't acceptable include: House was Dirty, Broken TV Changers, Broken Smoke/CO2 Detectors, Spider Webs in Shower, Mold in another Shower, Missing latch on MBR shower Door, Old Dishwasher Items on top rack didn't clean, No Darts as listed, Broken Pool Cue, only on and no chalk, torn Felt on Pool Table, Downstairs Fridge didn't work, Clothes Washer didn't agitate with a full load, Dryer took two hours to dry towels, timer on Dryer didn't work, Holes in walls, tons of chipped paint, Grill very old, no starter, Dirty and hard to light, Stove not close to being level, 1"+ drop from front to back, AC Noisy, Fridge extremely noisy, Lots of old grime all around..

We had an amazing time

Jacuzzi not working, toilet downstairs not flushing, bathtub upstairs was clogged up, the grill was very dirty it seemed like it had never been cleaned, but other than that it was very clean and very well equipped. The agents were very communicative. We had a great time.

Spring Break 2020

Great relaxing vacation during the outbreak of the Corona virus. Enjoyed watching the deer and turkey in the yard everyday. Home has a great location and view of Ski Apache. Pool table helped keep teenage boys entertained while parents relaxed in hot tub. Perfect size for two families of 5 each.

Lots of room

House was big ... not very clean ...carpet is really bad. The air conditioner was very loud . Beds were big,nice and clean . The bottom bedroom shower needs major work ... the water shoots outside the door and top . Staff was very very nice once we got there ... very uninformed about the house until I called 2 says before to get the information . Christi was very nice and helpful . We had a nice time there. Large and roomy house . 😀
