"This is a great property in the best part of the Old Town. It is very easy to see all of Old Town. It is also easy to get to the rest of the city as the public transport is nearby. "We had a fantastic stay in Krakow and the H12 hotel is ideally situated just a short walk from the main square. The hotel room was clean and spacious. Free water in the rooms and free coffee and cakes in reception were a nice bonus. Buffet breakfast was always well stocked and included a variety of Polish hot and cold dishes. Hotel happy to look after your luggage on checkout."

"We really enjoyed the hotel, the location, the service and the breakfast was wonderful. Our only negative was that the top floor unit is quite hot and the air conditioner is very ineffective. You can open the skylight which does help, but then you have the roar of the crowds in the square who are very loud up until three or 4 AM. "
