"I stayed here for 2 nights. High expectations due to rating of 9,8 and price of 750Euro for 2 nights In that respect, It was a disappointment. It’s a nice hotel, central, okish. Staff very helpful and friendly….but few When I arrived , I thought it was a mistake. Its among many hostels, and outside/entrance reminded me of a boutique small hotel/hostel.. I stayed in Lyall Melbourne. That was a true 5 star boutique hotel in a very nice area. Ok, prices differ between Sydney and Melbourne, but...

"The location was amazing but also led to the downside of my stay. I stayed 8 nights for a work trip and whilst I loved the small kitchenette and living area, I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable, the temperature hard to control properly (woke up cold repeatedly), and the street noise from the light rail, sirens, and general street noise (roadworks, people socialising) woke me often. I thought I’d use the pool but didn’t (is is next to and visible from reception). My fav pick for Sydney CBD...

"Make sure if you’re staying at this location you get the upgrade. We stayed for two weeks in an inside room that I believe they said atrium. The room was so tiny. No room to move around. There was zero natural light. Very depressing. We asked to cancel to move elsewhere but we booked through Expedia."

Overall I felt quite unsafe when staying there and the staff didn’t take my concerns very seriously at all, I think because they’re all travelling themselves and staying at the hostel. It doesn’t seem like there is any authority or professionalism. Other things. No towels to rent, but then saw others...
