"No drinking water in the room only a machine in the reception area which isn’t great - at least provide something to put water in and keep in the room during the stay. If you want to use the air con it’s an extra £10 charge per night which we were not informed about before we got there and pretty mad given the price of the room. We stayed in a superior room and it was super small for two people - the bathroom felt like it had been squeezed in a cupboard! I had to provide an ID that was...

"Sauberes, sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, bequemes Bett.

"Great location & price. We took the opportunity to save money and have an indoor room. It had everything we needed but keep in mind there is very little space for two adults to be moving around. It was also really warm, even with the aircon set at its lowest. I’d absolutely stay again though, staff were great, luggage hold service was efficient and its a great, clean, central, affordable option."

"I feel that this hotel was good value for London. It is a couple of minutes walk from the tube station, all the staff members we came across were extremely polite and helpful, and they even let us store our luggage and check in early.
The room was tidy and had everything you needed, we stayed 2 nights with a 4-month old and there were no issues. I would recommend this hotel, if you were looking for affordability with good transport connections and walkable to the museums."
