"The bathroom was not clean. There was only one cup in the room for use and it was open. The second bed had not been changed; it had something on the sheets that looked like dried up snot on it. Makes you wonder where else the staff is coming up short. Breakfast was only half out and the equipment was not working. I’ll give them credit that it was almost time for breakfast to be over. I just expected to be able to have all the choices until the stopping time not before. "

"Whole place is dated. Room was old, and "patched up" in several places. They didn't replace towels or clean the room the whole week. We asked for housekeeping service and they came and only made the bed, and gave us a few towels. They didn't clean the bathroom, or even empty the garbage cans. The breakfast bar had no proteins, only cereals and breads. The hot tub did not get hot, and most evenings the pool and hot tub were closed well before the posted closing time. We were in town to...

"Clean room. Staff was nice. Continental breakfast was included but I didn't utilize it. Outside of hearing some heavy walking person above me it was a good stay. Would stay again."

"2-years in a row that the pool was closed. Shower head leaked & had weak water pressure. The Conditioner was empty upon arrival & need to have some sort of ‘night light’ available instead of only bright lights or TV. Not being picky, I liked my stay… I’m just trying to give good honest feedback ~ easy improvements. Thank You. "

"The 1st front desk clerk was nice and helpful, but the 2nd one (1230 am) clerk was rude and never looked up when I came down to ask a question. Had to go downstairs since the phone in the room was not working and no one answered when I called from my cell. Not only did the phone not work neither did the TV. The only reason I did not leave and find another hotel is because I was exhausted from driving all day. Would not recommend this hotel"
