"This property was beautiful! So cute for a small gathering if renting all three cabins. This was a solo visit and the peace and quiet was much appreciated! The thoughtful amenities were great! Would recommend that you bring a cooler with ice as there is only a small community fridge. But if your looking for some rest and relaxation and privacy this is the spot!"

"Just as pictured! The cottage style house was perfect. The backyard was an oasis! It was kept up beautifully. And the host was awesome with communication. The only negative about this stay was that the deposit was super high (3000) and that we didn’t get it back until exactly 14 days after the check out date. "

"Perfect central location in the town and area. I ventured to nearby attractions of Kings Mtn/Crowder Mtn parks and Cowpens battlefield park with ease. Neat little cottage - I was a single, so plenty of room for me. And, a "Pac-man" video arcade machine to boot - fun times. I plan on returning to the area in the Fall and would certainly stay here again, if available."

"Birdsong is an adorable cottage & perfect place for me to stay while in town for several weeks. We were lucky that the flowers on the property were blooming so it was extra pretty! The cottage is close to uptown and 74, and is the perfect size for two people! Marywinn was wonderful and easy to deal with, quick to communicate and I highly recommend her property if you're staying in Shelby! "

"Was really nice but your cleaning crew needs a refresher course. Cobwebs and spiders in the corner's of kitchen. And the bedrooms. Closets were not adaptable for hanging clothes. Both be being used for storage. TV in bedroom never worked. Only the one over the fireplace. No kitchen sink. But it was all in all a good experience. We are RV's so adaptation is our strong suit. Would we stay again absolutely, but it could be improved. "

"This property needs a lot of work. I book this stay last minute for a work assignment and I had a bad experience from the beginning I didn’t received a code for the door prior to arrival and I had driven 7.5 hours. When I did arrive I tried contacting the property owner for check in instructions and I could not reach him. I contacted VRBO and they were able to reach him hours later. When the property owner arrived he did have the correct key to enter the property. To make a long story shorter...
