"Everything was good until our toilet and shower started backing up. We had to move rooms when we were exhausted from travel. A partial refund should have been in order at least. Other than that its a really cute property and i can tell they are trying. Has an excellent game room for kids and a community kitchen that will fill all of your needs. "

"It’s convenient but the beds are a little too hard for me and my husband felt the same way although they room rooms are really clean and it’s convenient for being a Casino you also get breakfast coupons. And they give you a couple waters in the refrigerator that are complementary. "

"The room was sold as having a fireplace and hot tub, it had neither. The fireplace was broken and made a buzzing sound. The hot tub was a bathtub plonked down in the middle of the bedroom. We had no maid services the whole time and wasn’t told until the last night that we had to ask for maid service or clean towels. The a/c didn’t work at night and all the fans were so loud you couldn’t hear. Everything clanked around like it hadn’t been serviced in years. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good...

"I didn't use the laundry service. The air conditioning kept the room just right. The breakfast had eggs,potatos and sausage, waffles, yogurt, bagels and cream cheese, and 3 varieties of cold cereal. I felt this room was a great deal. I used the spa and it and the pool were clean and the perfect tempetature."
