"the property is very convenient for shopping and eats. there is CVS and Whole Foods within 10-minute walking distance. If you want convenience, this is it. However, it is downtown so number of homeless, although they do not bother you, does make me feel uncomfortable and cautious. the area also has unique smell, not good smell, lingering in the air."

"Everything is good. However, I was confused a lot while chekcing in because of mandatory velit parking. It could be much more better to have a clear sign notice at the entrance. Meanwhile, I also wonder the rule that no children from 8:00 to 10:00 pm in the swimming pool because the parent have to take care of them. Maybe it is for those adults who travel without kides?"

"This may have been the best hotel stay I have ever had. The hotel itself is in a great location, is well decorated and very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I was so surprised to be provided with a lovely bottle of wine when we checked in. We were also present on a night when there was live music on the rooftop with more wine.
