The glasses in the room were dirty, and despite reporting this, housekeeping never came to resolve the issue. "Clean room and bed sheets, soft towels. There's shower gel, shampoo and conditioner (it's a big plus for me, finally not the 3-in-1 gel I find in many hotels).
