"This hotel is Conveniently located across the street from Kings Dominion. We drove 3 1/2 hours to go to amusement park and after a long day needed to rest. We drove literally out of the park lot across street to this hotel. The indoor pool added for extra fun for kids. Pool open til11pm and check out at 12 so that helped a lot to. The hotel is clean and served a good breakfast. The beds aren’t the best but everything is clean!"

"Hot tub had 1 inch of scum around the edge, stains on the furniture, food under the bed, blood in the light switch, hair in the sink, smelled like cigarettes."

"At check-in, the staff member was poorly groomed and seemed more focused on his phone call than assisting us. The elevators had a bad odor. In the room, the door latch didn’t work properly and the security lock appeared broken, as if it had been forced. Some lights were partially hanging from the ceiling, and the curtains were dripping. Overall, a very poor experience. I wasn’t expecting luxury; just a decent place and this fell far short."

"I arrived an hour after check in and my rooms were still not ready, instead of putting us in a king size bed like we reserved they placed us in a double bed room, the room we were given half the electric didn't work on one whole side and that was the side the TV and fridge were on, then gave us another room that was still occupied by someone, then the last room the tube would not stop running. The next morning our key didn't work to open our door. It was a complete wreck. I will never stay there...

"Was a first class hotel and is now in poor condition, the owners need to spend some $ the golf course next store is closed and nothing but weeds and cut down trees. Most staff are very nice."

"The place was disgusting, I did not get the room I ordered with one bed. He had to switch me to another one because of the system or something. The sheets were questionable with stains all over them. There was one pillow that was okay enough for me to put my head on. There was no remote to the TV. The Wi-Fi did not work. I could not park near the room. I was put in and I kept having to walk or drive rather to The main property in front of it check-in window because apparently that property...
