The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfast we had during our trip; eggs were fresh (not powder) and sausages were super good.
Customer service needs improvement. Seems like they were having a rough night with other customers. No warm, friendly greeting when we arrived, and when we sent or kids downstairs to get more towels, they had them waiting for a long time. It wasnt until my husband went downstairs to check on them that they were acknowledged. You had 3 minors waiting for towels which only took less than a minute to get them once my husband arrived.
When we finally got in bed, the person in the room next to us woke us up as he was yelling for over 10 minutes. It seemed he was arguing over the phone. It went on for about 5 more minutes so I called the office, keep in mind that it was past midnight. The gentleman that answered immediately knew who i was speaking about once i gave our room number and told me to give the guest a few minutes to settle down as they had just checked in. I was surprised by the response received as we are also paying customers, with minors and the time of day. We asked me to give them a call back if it continued and THEN he would come up and handle it. Well 10 minutes later I called again as it had not stopped. We had a 20 hour drive the following day and i could not get rest because of the person next door, not what we paid for.
We stayed in 5 hotels during our trip and this was for sure the least friendly customer service
