"I stayed here with my son for a father-son skiing trip. People were nice. Amenities were great, including a hot tub and sauna. Morning coffee was amazing. They have a fire place and board games for the evening. Room was clean and roomy. I would definitely stay here again!! "

"My room has a lot of issues, mold on the floor around the shower and the wallpaper in the bathroom is ripping off the drywall. The fridge has mold in it also. Not a very clean room for the price. Check in staff was wonderful. "

The very, very squeaky bed, the windows with a ton of street noise, the shower/tub from the 1800s, which I thought was a period piece harking back to the pub idea, and essentially no friills everything. I've paid 1/5th the price at a basic Marriott...

"We ended up going on a diff weekend due to storm blocking roads. Nice they allowed us to change despite policy. However few problems with our stay 1. Housekeeping. We asked for extra comforter / duvet as we had 4 guests in that each preferred own blanket. Multiple times had to re-ask as housekeeping kept taking them during cleaning and turndown. On top of this there were some shelves covered in thick layer of dust. Superficial job. 2. Food was OK. Manzanita was decent but lobby and taco place...

"I spoke to Sean about the fridge. Might help to treat the hot tub/pool for chlorophyll. Dusting around windows both inside and outside helps keep critters out!"

"Great location, newly renovated hot tubs and outdoor areas. Property is older but very well kept, great place to stay if you want to be on the mountain. Short walk to the village, or shuttle ride every 10 minutes during the day for skiers/boarders."
