"I would stay here again. On site sauna and gym open til 10pm, gym is small but clean. They also have an on-site restaurant thats extra but breakfast was fresh and quality was excellent. One mile walk into downtown Truckee and 0.5 mile walk to nearest plaza that has a decent Thai and wine restaurant. Short 20 mins drive from Palisades if there's no traffic."

"We would definitely stay here again! We were there for a family get-together and it is a very nice property. Good fresh breakfast served daily and lots to choose from. "I accidentally made a reservation at this hotel and the quickly canceled. I got the day wrong. I apologized when trying to get a hold of the hotel, left numerous messages but no one acknowledged or called me back. I was charged."

"Kayaking on the lake was lovely. The room was very clean and had the cutest cottage charm. We visited in May, but these units are well suited for winter activities as well, with the jetted tub, fireplace and kitchenette. The heat was off, the outside temperature dropped into the 40's after midnight and the unit was still almost 80° inside."

"This motel was a hidden gem. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The only small complaint would be the fans in the rooms appear to be on the same remote control, so when one room turned their fan on, ours came on too, and visa versa. If they would install a master off switch this would solve this issue, but since it was such a small inconvenience, I didn’t want it to impact my overall rating."
