"The property/rooms are spotless and very roomy. The front desk staff, cleaning team and breakfast team are superb! Breakfast quality is excellent and chef Andy and Enith ensured that breakfast was fresh and well stocked at all times (best oatmeal!). We had such a pleasant experience. "I’ve stayed here before but my 2nd experience is not as pleasant as the first. So here are the reasons why: * Front desk male staff had bad odor. * Found two cockroach in the room. One I had to kill. * faucets were stiff and kinda hard to adjust. Both the shower and the sink. * liquid shower gel was empty upon arrival. Had to ask for couple of bar soaps so I didn’t have to have a cleaner come in the room. * toilet flush lever sometimes gets stuck and would run all night if you don’t lift it....

"I checked in I checked in sometime after 11:30pm with my family. The check in process was quite smooth. Upon entering the room, the sofa sleeper was not made, so I had to set it up myself. I called a day or two prior to let them know that we would be 4 people and they said the room that we reserved would be a perfect fit, but I just assumed that since we were arriving later in the evening, the sofa sleeper would be made for us.
