"My room was clean and reasonably quiet. I was lucky to get a room facing the pool, rather than the nearby highway road, so inquire about that choice if you are particularly concerned about noise. Equipment and plumbing all worked fine while I was there. I had one desk chair in my room that had a minor problem staying at the correct height, but I was able to raise it by myself with a control. "My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Our reservation was canceled, which was frustrating enough, but the way the situation was handled by the front desk associate made it significantly worse. When we arrived around 1:00am there were already families waiting in the lobby. We waited approximately 20 minutes before the front desk associate came out. "The property is clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety. However, the property does not provide complimentary drinking water bottles. Also, breakfast items such as yogurt cups are not restocked once they run out. If you arrive later in the breakfast hours, some items may no longer be available. Improving the restocking of breakfast items and providing drinking water would make the overall guest experience much better. Overall Not...

"The hotel is pretty old. One day during the breakfast my son requested the milk but the receptionist told him it was finished despite breakfast time was not. Hotel’s amenities description includes the pool but when we asked about it they said that there was no pool at all. We got very disappointed because our hotel choice was based on the inclusion of the pool."

"I stayed in B2, which is a basement room. It had a VERY strong mildew odor, chipped furniture with crooked drawers, and patchwork paint on the ceilings. This room does NOT warrant the 3.5 rating that this property has, however, other rooms may be better. The shower was clean, however, so they earned one Star for that."

"Everything was great. Front desk were very professional And helpful. The only issue I had was the bartender. He was very disrespectful to everyone at the bar. I don’t remember his name but he said he was from Jamaica. He Shouldn’t be working as bartender if he ia very rude and obnoxious. Beside that everything was perfect."

"Parking is kind of limited, will probably have to park in what they call the basement, below parking. Hallways smelled like weed from other guests. Water pressure was lacking in the shower and the shower head wasnt that good. Shower has the holders for shampoo and stuff but none were installed. Instead had small tiny bottles on the sink. Overall good sleep and a good stay though"
