The area is walkable and have a variety of food options and transportation available. The interior and exterior decorating of this hotel is beautiful. "Everything was very clean and comfortable. Did not like that when we returned from our concert there was no soda machines and only a select amount of soda to order from room service and way more expensive than getting out of a soda machine. "

"We stayed here because we were in walking distance to Soldier field. It was a very spacious room and up to date in appearance. Every day staff stopped by to see what we needed which was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the “Fatpour” pub right next door. There is a Starbucks right near the hotel as well although we didn’t use that. There are not a lot of other things around there. You do have to walk a fair distance to get into the hub of shops and restaurants. But...

"The hotel property is a little tired but that's part of its "iconic" charm. Food in the restaurant was good but the service was spotty, at least at breakfast (ate there three mornings in a row). I had to ask twice to get things I ordered and it was hard to get my server's attention when it was time to pay."

"Unbelievable property, great hospitality, clean, beautiful rooms, lots of amenities, and of course there is the rooftop. I like that they allow guests to have priority on the rooftop in terms of going up there. We will be back for sure. Thank you, London house.!"

"Wonderful views all around. The rooms are spacious and have a luxurious feel. The bed is amazing and comfortable. However, there was dust on the headboard and the walls; the fridge's baseboard was damaged and missing, and the garment steamer did not work and leaked all over our nice garments when we attempted to use it. The restaurant had an unimpressive menu, and the items we ordered were not flavorful or cooked to the specifications, and the 24 Hour cocktail was mediocre at best."
