Shout out to Maritza's outstanding mangerial expertise, caring and compassion ....the hotel has a level of professionalism and caring, specially for those of us who are hospital families staying close to loved ones at UWMC. Just what the Dr. ordered for patients and caregivers.

"The bed was comfortable. It was nice having a refrigerator in the room. Having a washer and dryer was very nice. However having to climb three flights of stairs was not nice. I do not remember the stairs listed when booking. The key pad on the door did not work and I had to spend at least 15 minutes on the phone getting instructions on how to open a lockbox to obtain a key to manually open the door. The pre register process was very involved. The trash can in the common area was full to...
