When we first arrived, we were given a room that was already occupied. When we opened the door, there was a laptop on the bed, along with dog food and water on the floor. We immediately left the room and went back to the front desk.
What was most disappointing was the receptionist’s reaction. There was no real concern or apology, and we were simply given another room. This is a serious privacy and security issue. What if the guest had actually been in the room?
The second room was okay, although there was one dirty towel, which we exchanged right away. Other than that, everything seemed fine.
Overall, the stay was disappointing, especially considering the price. Mistakes can happen, but I expected much better customer service and, most importantly, better attention to guest privacy and security. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Staff was so nice! Location was perfect!! You could walk to many attractions downtown. And the patio at night was unforgettable!!! 10 out of 10!!!
