"I love 1hotel for their aesthetics. It’s hard to find anything similar. The location is perfect, and there is Whole Foods on the lower level. Management was super helpful, and I appreciate all accommodations that they’ve made for me. However, in terms of service, there is definitely a room for improvement. "I flew in for a quick trip and loved my stay at Moxy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was full of cute and unique decor with various hangout areas including a chic bar central to everything. It the was the perfect stay."

"Overall it was a great stay. Only a few things to note. The amenities are amazing but they're all pretty spread out and a little confusing to find. Theres a movie/theater room but the roku remote app they had for the movie room didn't actually work. Not sure if it was unactivated but we were there at 10 30pm and it closes at midnight.
