"We flew into Seattle on a Thursday for a Friday cruise departure. Was extremely difficult to find a reasonably priced room near the port. BUT it was FIFA World Cup and the night we stayed there, USA was playing, so the city was a bit crazy and the hotel was packed. Even then, the staff was efficient and friendly getting us into the room early - at no extra fee. Hotel was clean. May be small but I appreciated the ice machine offering cubed ice only, just water only, and both. Great location!!"

"This is a busy hotel in a great location. Staff were accommodating and have things running like clockwork. Breakfast is BUSY. Rooms are good and clean. Worn only due to volume of turnover the hotel must have. My 12 yo and I stayed here for baseball - lots of ride share options close by. Lots of restaurants within walking distance."

I do not remember the stairs listed when booking. The key pad on the door did not work and I had to spend at least 15 minutes on the phone getting instructions on how to open a lockbox to obtain a key to manually open the door. "The staff were amazing and housekeeping kept everything very clean. I was surprised this what I got from a Hilton! Hotel is dated in charming way but with that came small rooms (w/ popcorn ceiling, stuffy smell, no long mirrors) limited amenities, and maintenance issues.
