"Room & bathroom exceptionally clean. The only negative point was blocked toilets in the basement loo's. No signs to explain, and they smelled. There was a bad smell in reception area too, not sure if this was the drains or not though. Lovely hotel though, great facilities. We had a premium room upgrade which had a massive bed, so comfy too. We didn't have breakfast or use the bar as we were out enjoying London, but looked a nice space & seemed a good selection."

"The rooms were very clean and the property itself was very nice. Pleasantly surprised with how spacious the rooms felt; felt homey. Amenities were excellent. Good spot for someone on a business trip for an extended period of time. Great location, very conveniently close to major train stations, especially the Elizabeth Line connecting you to Heathrow. Note that this is in a more business/office district so many shops and businesses tend to be closed on Sunday. We had few little hiccups with...

"We checked in and the staff were lovely , super quick and very informative. Room , though small , was perfect ( bathroom door needs some attention though as a little water damaged ) , shower adequate. Breakfast was wonderful , our room rate included b'fast , and we had a cooked to order full english and buffet cold selection. nice touch was the drinks vouchers for husbands birthday . lovely location , close to Tower hill tube. overall a wonderful stay, thankyou "
