"Expectations were poorly set. This is an upmarket, self-contained, ground-floor, separate-entrance apartment in a quality new family home. Early and late, children running and screaming overhead and outside can be heard. While it was no great bother, it reminded me of home; guests should be forewarned."

"Neat, tidy & plenty of space, great shower. Our cabin was lovely & warm when we entered as the staff had turned the heater on prior to our arrival which was very appreciated as the weather was freezing. "

"We didn't like the fact that there was no one there to communicate with. Especially problemmatic wa s the boomgate to get into the Property as the code didnt work. We had to park next door overnight in the hotel grounds next door."

"We had a lovely 2 night stay in a Rosella Cabin. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were on the small size but fine for 2 nights. Everything we needed. The sports court was fantastic and the family game of soccer the highlight of our trip according to our daughters! The pool was very refreshing but great. The putt putt course was great and lots of fun! Our daughters loved the rabbits and ducks. Reception staff were beyond helpful and always lovely. "

"Lovely stay just overnight. We visited the Brindabella Winery for lunch, followed by birthday cake at my daughter’s place close by. Very convenient in Dickson. Lots of choice for light dinner and watched a movie in the lovely apartment. "

"Our stay in this unique art house was good. We loved what the owner is trying to do with the decor. It is unusual and quirky but the beds were comfortable and as we were at the folk festival that was important.The shower was tricky as a lot of water ended up on the floor through the shower curtain and the fact that the shower floor is higher than the surrounding floor! Terrifying for the elders in our group! "

"Beautifully designed modern townhouse near parks for children and short drive to shopping.Everything was thoughtfully presented, good quality bedding and kitchen well stocked. Property is new, pristine and owner was helpful and easy to connect with. When can I move in?"

"The apartment was as described but we had issues with checking in as we had to wait for it to be cleaned and then the incorrect lock box code was provided so we had to again wait for the owner, who was very apologetic, to rectify this.In addition, it was extremely difficult to locate the allocated car space, there was only 1 lift working at the building and there was no welcome information provided. Fortunately the views were stunning!."

The Watson property is in a quiet neighborhood with shops and a nice cafe a short walk away.
