"The view is amazing and if you love listening to the waves this will not disappoint. Home was clean and had any essentials you may need including beach chairs and towels. Well airconditioned too! Easy walk to Mar Chiquita Beach with yummy food trucks and drinks. Also a very quick drive to Los Tubos Beach which was beautiful sandy beach with lots of waves. We loved this beach! "Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR."

"Beautiful larger size apartment with two bedrooms and a huge living area. Extremely open (balcony connects all rooms) yet also very private with a nice blend of in/outdoors for those that like that. AC is only in bedrooms. Like most everything in Old San Juan, close to everything one might need for a beautiful time in PR."
