"Notre séjour a l'hôtel à était parfait. Accueil magnifique , tout le personnel était très gentil et accueillant et souriant le jour d'arrivée ainsi que tous les autres jour. Quand ont est rentré sa sentais super bon dans la chambre , la chambre était très belle et très propre et très confortable. Ont avait le bus devant l'hôtel et le centre de richmond était tout proche ont peut y aller en bus ou même a pied . Tout était parfait !"

"Have been staying at Cannizaro house for many years. Still convenient and best available in the area. Great location, good experience this stay all round with staff being excellent and motivated.... but its time for a refurb. Looking old, especially carpets and scuff zones on walls. The rug in reception would not make it into my dogs kennel and that is the area where you get your first impression. I'm looking forward to my next stay and if they spruce the place up... even better."

"Good location, well connected. Check-in process was tedious because the payment machines did not work. The self check-in does not work if booking is made on 3rd party site or for international bookings. Also, there was issues with multiple keys in the room - apparently a problem with the key cutting device. Apart from these minor inconveniences, no issues. "
