"Room was smaller than expected but creatively decorated. Too many decorative pillows for the size of the room with little storage to get them out of way. On site parking very convenient Train station very handy to get to other areas of London. Lovely safe area with shops nearby"

"Have previously stayed at the Harbour Hotel Christchurch and have always hada lovely time. This time we did a short one night stopover at the Richmond property having visited Kew Garden fo our wedding anniversary. Hotel staff were delightful even presnting us with a small cake in hono of our anniversary. My wife loved the spa and the whole experience was super."

"GROUND FLOOR WINDOW PRIVACY - Room totally as expected, no issue. However we were staying in a ground floor room and there were no net curtains or a window privacy film so we had to have the curtains shut during day light."

"No lift so ask for ground floor when booking if needed. Nice, cool basement room, simple but clean and comfortable. Helpful reception (24hrs). Some updating is happening with painting etc but overall a good stay in a great location."

"This is an OK place to stay if you need a place close to the airport. However, it is extremely small. If you or your partner are overweight, you might not fit through the passageway to the bathroom . Very tight quarters, no airconditioning, no elevator to upstairs if you have heavy luggage, good luck. This location is in a residential area and the neighborhood is not pristine. If I were to do it again, I would chose a name brand chain hotel to stay at the airport."

"Great location for Twickenham Stadium. Car parking was a bonus, especially for the rugby match day. As my wife Fiona's birthday were given complimentary breakfast and couple of drinks vouchers which were much appreciated. Thank you. First time staying here, and will defintely stay again."

"We spent 3 nights at the Hilton Syon Park. It's a nice hotel and the hotel staff is quite helpful. We did not use any amenities except for the bar and breakfast. The outside sitting area is very nice. Walks into town are fairly short and there are plenty of places to eat in town. The main issue we had is that one of the bar staff was very unpleasant and difficult to deal with and made using the bar uncomfortable. On the other hand, the blond woman who works in the bar is wonderful and treated us...

"The parking and elevator system must be improved. Nothing connects and you must go through urine soaked “tunnels” to get to your car. A very clean hotel and nice once inside. But I would not ever recommend somebody stay here if they are driving in. All elevators on the garage were broken (4-5) and the ones in the hotel did not connect and also some don’t take you to street and some do. We spent most of our “leisure time” trying to figure out where to park, how to carry luggage, and trying to...

"Easy check-in process and comfortable bed However on first receiving room noted lip stick stains on pillows, hair on bed, stains on bed sheet and poorly cleaned toilet While an alternative room was offered we noted that the shower doesn’t drain properly the sink leaks water on the ground Parking was hassle free and reasonable rates For the price was a reasonable stay but I wonder if maintenance and upkeep have areas to be improved"

"We stayed in a Superior room. Bed was large and really comfortable. Room was clean with air con already on when we arrived. Really helpful staff carried our luggage and showed us to our room and explained everything to us. Breakfast had a huge choice including hot and cold and was really tasty. We had an an enjoyable stay"
