When I entered the room there was a bad odor, big holes from chipped paint in the bathroom, the toilet still had a ring on the inside, and the shower had dried on shampoo still from previous guests. "Comfortable bed, coffee in the morning. However if you like your hotel brand new and fancy, not your place to be. This place is cheap, greatly located (restaurants, olde village). Our stay was comfortable. "

"Upon our arrival, the exterior of the facility appeared fairly decent and gave us a positive first impression. However, after checking in and entering our room, the experience quickly changed. Inside the room, we encountered several concerning issues sich as cracks on the floor, a noticeable tilt in the bathroom, a crooked headboard, and furniture that appeared worn to the point of needing replacement but still in use. "Excellent service. Right next to airport and car rental return. From hotel door to TSA is only 10 min. Great location. 10 min to Providence. 45 to New Port. Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard less than 45 min. Super, super location. Even had fresh hot coffee at 430a when we left to walk to TSA. "

"This would be my only complaint. They do not have a continental breakfast. Everything is an individual purchase for breakfast and very expensive. I don’t think anyone ever buys it because there’s nothing set up in the morning. They should offer coffee and simple items included with the room it almost makes me want to book with Hampton Inn, but I really like the building and the staff. "
