"Really well decorated and maintained property. Christmas tree and hamper a lovely seasonal touch. Very accommodatimg host who agreed to a later check out time without additional charge. Only issues were some noise from neighbours upstairs (which is often the case in houses converted into flats) and whilst the flat was generally very clean some vacuuming had been missed when it had last been cleaned."

"Valentines evening with overnight stay. Check in easy, mostly done online prior to arrival. Room was good size and very clean, hotel situated along side of busy A55, but road noise in room was minimal. Had small lunch and then dinner in the evening, the service from Heather was excellent, full of smiles and attentive, even though it was busy with the amount of staff they had on serving.
