"Walking distance to everything. Place was super clean! Manager was very accommodating. Outside of the place was a little bit rough. "The beds were amazing! I usually have a hard time sleeping away from home, but these were cozy and allowed me to get a full nights rest. My mom loved the sheets and towels. The kids were happy with the couch folding down for them. There are updates that the pictures don’t reflect that make it a little nicer of a stay. A bigger table, nice towels, more pillows, etc. Fans in every room for cooling. Extra blankets if needed. I think we saw a space heater- my mom was colder than everyone else but...

"We Stayed 10/11/25-10/18/25 and it was very clean and comfortable. It has everything you will need. The heaters are in each room and have simple thermostat to turn on and off. This is a condo with other condos attached. The upstairs is occupied by full time tenants/owners. You may hear music or TV from the other apartment and people walking around upstairs. "This place worked out well. It probably needs to be said this is a 3br dorm setup in a college dorm building. It is very nice for what it is and the price. Booking through Expedia I thought should have been smoother. I was caught off guard when I was getting text about messages sent to vrbo that I was not getting since I did not have the vrbo app and then doing business through another third party site. I would have rather paid and processed direct through Expedia. "

"I had the privilege of being Ronda's first official guest, and let me say, she is a wonderful host! The room looks and feels new, has a brand new queen size memory foam mattress that was very comfortable to sleep on all three nights.
