Everything was neat and clean. The property felt new and modern. We loved the spacious living room. We had a great stay.

The upstairs neighbors kept all of us up all night. They were up often from 1am on, often watching TV very loudly. Their floors squeak incredibly loudly, and they seem to walk a lot in the wee hours of the morning.

The actual house was fine. However we did have trouble finding the place with the original address given. I did find a subsequent message that explained a different way to get there but it took us a half an hour.When we got there I was surprised to learn that I had to strip the beds and wash the sheets and the bath rug. Additionally there was not enough coffee to make more than one cup so that was disappointing.

We Stayed 10/11/25-10/18/25 and it was very clean and comfortable. It has everything you will need. The heaters are in each room and have simple thermostat to turn on and off. This is a condo with other condos attached. The upstairs is occupied by full time tenants/owners. You may hear music or TV from the other apartment and people walking around upstairs. The bedroom walls separating the condos are not insulated for sound dampening. Other than that and the slow flow shower/tub with only warm water, it was a wonderful stay. We love the area and found it close to a 24 hour open Windco Grocery store is about 1 block away east. They are always open. I work graveyards and it was great for me to go shopping at windco all hours of the night when I could not sleep. This condo is well appointed with kitchen appliances, Auto ice maker, fridge and freezer combo washer and dryer. Dish washer and microwave. The internet WIFI is very good. The TV has over 900 Chanel’s to watch Internet TV and the have Roku. We like all the clear instructions from the laminated signs all through the apartment. It is a good idea to communicate the hosts intentions and expectations to the guests so there are no problems. There is plenty of parking spaces outside and you have a fenced in patio. There is a grassy area outside the door with touch keypad lock. We watched the cute squirrels running around chasing other squirrels. It was fun to watch. We really enjoyed Idaho Falls and the experience.

Fantastic location for sightseeing. The condo was well appointed, cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed and more! The hosts were friendly and responsive. We had an issue with the washer and David came right over. He couldn’t fix it so he had a technician repair it as soon as possible. After we left, my pharmacy accidentally sent some meds to the condo and Janelle agreed to ship it to my next destination. Very much appreciated.

Great location, clean and spacious for our family of 5

We loved this little condo for our short stay in Idaho Falls. It was clean, and a great location to explore IF or nearby towns. It has a spacious living area with a window AC unit which was great with the heat! The main bedroom also has a window AC unit. The middle bedroom did not but with the ceiling fan it was able to stay cool enough. The host was quick to respond. Overall it was a great place we were able to make it a home away from home.

Central location

Location was pretty central. It was quiet while we were there. The little courtyard is nice so kids can be outside but contained. Cleanliness was good. Love seat was a little warm and policy regarding sitting on comforters makes it seem like they are not always washed in between stays. Otherwise it met our needs and was pretty centrally located for our needs.

Cute place and good location

We enjoyed our stay. Beds super comfy and location was good. It’s a part of an older condo setup but you were on the end. Overall quite. We would definitely stay again as we were out of the condo most of the time except to eat and sleep.

Short stay

We where there for one night. The place is very lovely, the outside is an apartment complex, it was alright, back yard needs some help, weeds. The front door lock,well we had to play with it for at least 5 mins to get it to light up all the numbers to punch in the code.The place has cards everywhere on how to ,or DON'T. Felt like I was in a show room. At the end of your stay, you helped with clean up. Putting sheets in washer and dryer and if time towels too. You take out th, e garbageFor the price it was very nice. Like to say, my personality is, I like my place very clean, but I felt I was not on vacation. I'm sure with this review they'll be happy ,We don't think we'll be back.
