"We stayed here with a family of 4. Check in with the hotel just up the block was easy and seamless and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room is great, very clean and 2 small bedrooms of the entry corridor, this allowed our family to spread out. Location is very central with a short walk over the river to the Old Town but also plenty of dinning options from the front door. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay "

"The property was in a quiet residential area yet so close to the old town via bus just 100 metres down the road or 15-20 minute walk on a beautiful walking path. Eva was a wonderful host who showed us through our apartment on check in and gave us some valuable tips. We also utilised the upstairs laundry for a small fee which was most appreciated after a couple of weeks living out of our suitcases. Would highly recommend this place"

Hotels do a guest mobility pass where you can get the bus in Salzburg region for free all over and most of the buses leave from the Mirabellplatz very close to the hotel ! "Gorgeous hotel with the friendliest staff who are very helpful and accommodating. Built in music/speakers in the bathroom was cool, bed very cozy, a little too much furniture stuffed into the room so had to move around to accommodate our luggage, but overall a lovely place to stay over Christmas 🎄excellent location, restaurant on site was superb as was the breakfast each morning."
