Front desk staff some are very nice they were above and beyond and did the hospitality right. But others like the manger of the restaurant. Very aggressive and confrontation to defend the rude experience. One night I was at the buffet in the morning . One staff have been informed that I'm a guest . So I got seated the other waiter came with sneakyness ( has a Hench and wanting to investigate but with a nice face and smile and careful steps ) come to me asking me if I need anything then asking is I was working with anyone like air Canada then slowly asking if I was a guest .I just stood up and left and made a complaint. I already was seated n I told the other waiter that I was a guest. When I went to the front desk they were laughing in my face . Chief called and tried to make up but I wanted to check out and left because I didn't want to stay with the vibe that I'm being judged. Next week ok r two I forgot about it and brushed it off because the Chef was very sincere about the experience and apologized sincerely. . The next visit I went to the lounge at night to order something before bed. I asked the waiter for the menu and when I was about to order I said I'm ready to order. Then she loudly said " what can I get for you ? Butter chicken!. I said why would you think I was gonna get butter chicken. I said I'm good thanks and as i was walking away to bring to the front desk. She is following me to the front to make sure she is there when I make the complaint. Sonfro
