"Everyone on staff was incredibly lovely. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Anthony (concierge) was delightful. They all really hold the place together. Convenient and lovely area. The rooms were a good size, clean. The only hiccup was the shower. It was terrible. But generally, all hotel showers have poor water pressure and random streams of water. But also, they hang the toiletries high up and on the shower wall so you have to be standing in the water to get any. Which is hard for kids...

"The hotel is well located in Eadt Billage close to the subway but the beds are not comfortable and there is no chair or desk in the room. A lot of money for not much. "

"I did not find anything special about this hotel. I was expecting a coffee maker/hot water maker for coffee and tea, but there was only a Nespresso maker for espresso. The bathroom was not clean when we checked in as I found a used bar of soap in soap dish and waste can in bathroom full. I thought the location was okay and cabs were easy to find if you didn’t want to take an uber. I feel I paid way over $ for an average hotel. "

"Very cool property. Nice to be surrounded by plants and other natural materials in the middle of NYC. Not a lot of space for personal items in the rooms but that was the only downside. Otherwise, great location, wonderful staff. "

"We love the Marlton! Such a great vibe, lobby area is perfect to hang out and the food is delicious. The staff are friendly and the location couldn’t be better - easy to walk to Soho and the west village, or hop on a subway to wherever you need to get to. Great weekend! "

"Loved staying here! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in all areas. The bars are fantastic and had some of the best service in NY. Bedding was super comfortable, and you could feel the quality in the linens. I would love to stay here again. Only complaint was trying to get the room to cool down after the heat had been on upon arrival (we Texans like it cold lol). Rooms were quiet and cozy. Perfect getaway."

"First of all, the location of this hotel is amazing. Few minutes from penn station and a subway right at 28th station about 300ft from the hotel. The room was super clean and tidy, and staff are very friendly. Theres breakfast that at convenience cost, everything looked okay, but we skipped it. Definitely will come back again when we'll visit Manhattan again."
