"I enjoyed my 3-day stay at JW Marriott Surabaya, staff was super nice. Kiki at Front Desk made my check in super easy and smooth, and Andyta, Putri, Oliv and Bima at lounge made me feel at home, they remembered all my favorite drink and foods. I appreciate their care and attention. "

"I chose this hotel because it was 10 min by car from Surabaya Gubeng station. All staff that I encountered at this hotel was very nice. However it was not a hotel that I would want to come back and stay. 1. Breakfast: I personally did not think it was delicious compare to other three star hotels. 2. I stayed two nights. It was hot in the morning and I thought that the AC wasn't working so I switched a room for the second day. However the AC in the second room wasn't working on the next...

"The pro: location is closed to a huge mall and eateries. Staff were courteous and attentive.Room has a pretty good sound proof. The cons: Shower was a bit mouldy. Tiles in the room was uneven with sharp edges which is dangerous."

"Hab mich direkt super wohl gefühlt. Sehr zuvorkommendes und aufmerksames Personal. Frühstücksbuffet war auch mehr als ausreichend. Konnte an der ein oder anderen Stelle vielleicht eine kleine Renovierung vertragen, aber im großen und ganzen super Empfehlung für Surabaya!"

"Was fine for the price, but the room had a mold smell, and the carpet was covered in stains. Was clean though and the bed was clean and super comfortable. Staff were very nice. Area around is okay, mall is nice, but not much around besides that."

"Nice, well-maintained older hotel. Three big malls are very close by (two of them are right next to the hotel.) Also, conveniently located to the Kali Mas river, whose banks are nice for strolls and just general hanging out. From what I saw, this area is probably the best in the city for tourist interests. Historical sites, restaurants, etc. The hotel is big, rooms are big. Just kind of old, but for me that was the cool part. It’s nice to see how much better things used to be just a few decades...
