"This hotel is so romantic! I love the historic atmosphere and my room was surprisingly very quiet, facing the courtyard. I loved laying in bed with the balcony door open, it felt wonderful. Also appreciated the free water bottles and coupons for the restaurant. "

"Great hotel and would definitely go back. We loved our room because of the view, patio and spacious room. The only complaint I have the room phone was not working and room service number was going to voicemail. Light and TV were flickering and being on the eight floor it's very important that electrical are up to date. Other than that it was mostly positive and pleasant experience. "

"The staff is friendly, lots to do in and around property. Love that the beach is right outside property. Would definitely stay again. "

"Paradise point is spacious, beautiful gardens, family friendly. Our room was only cleaned 2/4 days we were there and one of them I had to ask to have it cleaned. Somehow the room, linens, us, our clothes feel a little humid and damp despite having ac on. The food & spa are overpriced, but that is similar to any resort."

"The hotel (our room -104-)seemed dated and the bathroom floor was dirty. The sheets and blanket seemed old and not soft. If you are placed in room 102, 103 or 104 ask to be moved because you will hear the parking gate below you creaking open and shut all day/night long"

"Nice property close to a bunch of restaurants, the only problem is parking is a little scarce but amazing staff especially front desk. I forgot the girl at the front desk’s name but she went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Will definitely stay again when in town . "

"Great location to walk to the beach and restaurants and bars in the area. The rooms could use some love and remodeling, it was hard to find plugs and the tv remote didn’t work. If you book with Expedia, there are a few fees you have to pay when you arrive at the hotel which was unexpected and quite pricey for es h night. "

"The staff is excellent - can’t say enough nice things about them. But they need to fix up the rooms. Sone outlets don’t work. The clock/alarm is with the phone and doesn’t work either. The most annoying thing is that there is no real door to the bathroom. There is a sliding door so to speak which cannot close all the way and part of it slides off the rod from which it hangs and there is no way to lock it. I didn’t see an air conditioner or dehumidifier. No food options or listings for door dash....

"Welk resort is about 30 minutes away from where we live and it’s a perfect staycation place to decompress for a few days.Upon arrival staff greeted us with smiles and enthusiasm. In fact all staff members we had the pleasure of meeting went above and beyond to help and they were the highlight of our stay. Welk is a lovely resort with beautiful views all around. We enjoyed relaxing at the pool(s), taking walks and just relaxing. However we were disappointed that there was very limited food /...

"We loved our stay at The Beau! The hotel is beautifully renovated with old-world charm and modern comfort. Our room was spotless and cozy, and the location was perfect, just a quick 10 min Uber to the San Diego Zoo and a short walk to the Coronado ferry. The highlight was the incredible service, from the bellhop, to the front desk, to the restaurant and bar, every staff member made us feel welcome. We’re still dreaming of the Bananas Foster. A perfect stay from start to finish!"
